Freight Forwarder.  Its a term that we’ve all probably heard of but few of us know what the term actually means.  Who is it referring to?  What business function do freight forwarders serve?  And lastly, how can a freight forwarder save my business money?  I plan on touching on all of these questions, at least in part, in this blog post on freight forwarders and freight forwarding.
